He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Ball; and his children, Carolyn Halme (Martin), Neil "Billy" Ball (late Lori Dumoulin Ball), Robert Ball (Charlotte), Sandra Wallwork (Roger) and Terry Ball (Debbie).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Christina (Nate), Terry (Cassie), Bobby (Kendra), Kerry (Mark), Samantha (Mike), Justin (Breanne), Angela (Max), David, Billy (Stephanie) and Taylor (Chris). He is also survived by his fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
