He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Perry and Blanche Perry. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Mark Perry (Debra) and Liza Perry; his grandsons, Josh and Jake Perry; and his siblings, Lee Perry (Paulina) and Sharon Kaye (Tom).
