We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 75, Philip Ross Allan Foster (Peterborough, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Craig (Michelle) and April; his grandchildren, Naomi, Nathan, Alex and Hope; and his stepgranddaughter Elisabeth.
