He was predeceased by: Cheryl (Jeff). He is survived by: his spouse Maribeth; his children, Dennis (Joanne), Steven (Tammy), Jack (Kim), David, Dianne (Chris), Michael (Arlene) and Maureen; and his grandchildren, Robert (Alexandra), Andrea (Chris), Candice, Mariah, Chad, Kevin, Nicole (Julian), Kyle, Jessica, Jonathan and Daniel.
