He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Troy; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Daniels (late Ken) and Pat Cowan. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Rob Troy (Tara) and Julie Lewis (Joe); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kevin, Maddie, Brianna and Quinn; his sibling Shirley Pipkins (David); his brother-in-law Jake Crough (Wendy); and his friend John Flanagan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Alzheimer Society in Sean's name.
