With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Henry Newton (Peterborough, Ontario), born in Oshawa, Ontario, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances and David Newton; and his sister Lynn Bronson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Newton; his children, Jocelyn Merriam (Jarret) and Katrina Newton (Jeremy Bodden); his grandchildren, Jayden, Samantha Merriam and Miller Bodden; his siblings, Peg Stapleton (Arn), Karen Newton, Bev Newton and Sheila Menzies (Art); his siblings-in-law, Judy Fice, Sandra Birkenhead (Harold) and Kenny Clement (Carol); his friend Bill W; and his pet Bailey.
