He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his child Dale; his grandson Harlen; his siblings, Sue Martin (Bob), June Szaranski (Alek), Joyce Laba (Rick), Edith Duggan (Bill Buchanan), Tom Manley, David Manley and Ray Manley; and his parents, Mary Manley and Douglas Manley.
