She was predeceased by: her husband William James "Bill" Gilbert; her great grandchild Elijah; and her sister Victoria "Tory" Lister. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Sanderson (Marty), David Gilbert, Paul Gilbert (Anne), Vickie Bylsma (Brian) and Peter Gilbert; her grandchildren, April, Mark, George (Sharon), Bryce (Julia), Samantha, Amanda (Matt), Alissa (C. J.), Maggie (Parker), Megan (Tom), Kaitlyn (Darryn), Michael (Rose) and Kristen (Aidan); and her great grandchildren, Brody, Lucas, Gracie, Jameson, Liam and Austin.
