She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Hicks; her daughter Cheryl; and her brothers, Archibald Daniels and Frederick Daniels. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hicks (late Marilyn) and Terry Hicks (Nancy); her grandsons, Craig (Ingrid), James, Jack and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Justin and Dylan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, Bensfort Road (55 St Clair Ave W Suite 500, Toronto, ON M4V2Y7). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Little Lake Cemetery.
In memory of Luella and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
