She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mann and Marion Mann. She is survived by: her brother Steve Mann; her children, Vanessa Brooke Flood and Hillary Jeanne Flood; her caregiver Empress Gardens; her children-in-law, Peter Rellinger and MeeMaw; her grandson Hudson Rellinger; her nieces and nephews, Danielle Miller, Ashley Miller, Michael Miller, Jacqueline Flood, Blake Flood, Rachel Mann and Evan Mann; and her pets, Babe and Cuddles.
In memory of Louise, donations to the Peterborough YWCA Crossroads Shelter would be appreciated by her family.
