He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; and his brother Victor. He is survived by: his sons, Gary (late Anne), Tom (Shelley), David (Shannon) and James (Karen); his grandchildren, Thora, Erik, Bryan, Freya, Jonathan, Olivia, Nina, Brienna, Bronwen and Joseph; and his friend Pat Burden. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
