It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Gerrard Sullivan (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sullivan and Frances Sullivan; and his significant other Michelle Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry (Judi), Paul (Ann), Pat (Jeanne Simpson), Mary Sullivan-Tate (Ken Tate) and Mike (Ann Fitzgerald); his children, Sarah Sullivan-Berardi (Anthony Berardi), Paddy Sullivan (Justine Lywood), Maggie Lamarche (Jeremy Lamarche) and Martha Sullivan (Lee Castiglione); and his grandchildren, Emily, Ella, Sam, Nate, Abe, Violet, Cordelia, Ollie, Frances, Joseph and Desmond. He is also survived by his extended family, friends and neighbours.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (300 County Rd 8, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
Donations: The family welcomes donations to the YMCA Strong Communities Campaign as an expression of sympathy and in Kevin's belief in children and families.
