John Francis O'Brien Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Francis O'Brien (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Sharron Trudeau; and his parents, Patrick O'Brien and Julia Boucher. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Marie Alexander (Curtis) and John O'Brien (Alyssa); his stepdaughters, Carol Shaughnessy (Mike) and Julie Keates (Dave); his grandchildren, April, Robert, Caden, Kennedy, Jake and Michaela; his great grandchildren, Blair, Eithan, Keegan and Rylan; his siblings, Barbara Munro (late Peter) and Douglas O'Brien; his sister-in-law Dee Little (Wayne); and his friend Dave.

In memory of John, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
