He was predeceased by: his sister Sue. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gordon; his children, Claire Miller, Richard Miller, Paul Miller (Natalie), Sally Ramsay (Todd) and Donna Gordon; and his close friend Carol. He is also survived by his extended family, and his family members.

Donations gratefully received for Amnesty International or Doctors Without Borders, two causes that were very important to John.
