He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Rogers and Evan Kean; his wife Helen Kean; and his siblings, Beverly, Jerold, Raymond, Austin Kean, Eileen Morris and Evelyn Champagne.
He is survived by: his children, Chipman Kean, Daniel Kean (Sue) and Katherine Sage (Mark); his grandchildren, Krista, Lyndsay, Jessica, Ryan, Matthew, Jonathan, Roger and Cooper; and his sister Myrna Morin. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
