He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carlow and Eva Carlow; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ralph; his siblings, Beverly O'Brien (late Carl), Jim (Shirley) and Gail Nihill (Bob); and his sister-in-law Yvonne Mahoney (Jim). He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (300 County Rd 8, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (300 County Rd 8, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
