It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Welch (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence and Margaret of Montreal. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Ronald), Steven (Linda) and Laurie; her grandchildren, Christina, Adam, Alizabeth, Ross, Kevin, Kyle, Joseph and Christopher; and her great grandchild Jaxon.
