She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frederick Fitzgerald (Jack) and Madeline Mary McCliggott; and her siblings, Jean McRae, Vincent Fitzgerald and Hugh Fitzgerald.

She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Fitzgerald (late Leona) and Colleen Davie (Al); and her siblings-in-law, Duncan McRae and Reta Fitzgerald.
