He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Smith and Violet McGovarin; his wife Norma Smith; and his great grandchild Taylor Lynn. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Wakeford (Joe) and Terri Smith; his children, Cindy Rusaw (Brian), Shelley Armstrong (Doug) and Tammy Fekete Smith; his grandchildren, Stacey Jones (Ed), Katie Petryna (Jesse), Corey Armstrong (Krista) and Jessica Fekete; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Griffin, Landon and Ryla.
