With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Bisset (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on January 6, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Joanne (Paul), Joyce (Jeff) and Douglas (Tammy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Laura (Tobiko), Adam (Sarah), Deanna (Matthew), Mariah (Cole), Tristen (Kane) and Tarin; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Brooke, Liam, Mackenzie and Kolton.

Donations may be made to either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society (Peterborough).

“Dear Joanne and Family: I was so sorry to hear of Janice's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences. Janice was always a pleasure and fun to work with at the Cancer Society. She was a beautiful, caring and special person. I will never forget when I broke my leg, and she brought me a prayer shawl, which I have slept with every night at the foot of my bed. May the fond memories that you shared comfort you at this very difficult time. She will be greatly missed by everyone. Francine Collis.”
