She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Cornish; her siblings, Childs (D. Fred), Keith Gillespie (D. Etta), Dora Rivers (D. Bill), Jean Ellement and Tom Gillespie; and her parents, Adlaide Gillespie and Melville Gillespie.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Cornish (Paula), Mark Cornish (Denise) and Greg Cornish (Laura Robson); her grandchildren, Jason, Shelby, Jackson, Shaylynn and Ashley; her siblings, Ross Gillespie (Nancy), Stella Gillespie and Ross Ellement; and also Donna Gillespie (D. Roger).
In memory of Marie, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the PRHC would be appreciated by the family.
