He was predeceased by: his grandson Jeremy; his parents, Frank Doherty and Theresa Doherty; and his sister Joanne. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Britton); his siblings, Terry (Nancy), Peter (Linda), Delores (late Dave), Mary (Don) and Judy; and his siblings-in-law, John (Eve), Vic, Lillian Britton, Linda, Mike Duvall and Marie Watt.
