He was predeceased by: his wife Norma (Crone); and his siblings, Doug, Ken, Ross and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Brown (Ken), Reid (Sheila) and Garth (Mary); and his sister Anne Wagner (Wally).
In memory of Jack and in lieu of flowers, donations to Trent University's "Trent Aquatic Research Program-Stoney Lake Fish Tracking Project" would be appreciated by the family.
