With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Iris Mary Rielly (Peterborough, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Grant Rielly; her parents, James Forbes and Pansy Forbes (Hope); and her brothers, James and Donald Forbes.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Rielly, Marie Rielly-Calladine (Peter), Jim Rielly (Barbara), Cheryl Rielly and Gordon Rielly (Barbara); her grandchildren, Emily Haesler (Aaron), Lindsay Cole (Ian), Heather Lee (Burton), Connor Rielly (Afnan) and Alison Campbell (Bill); her great grandchildren, Graydon, Daisy, Kieran, Louie, Lottie, Elijah, Silas, Darian, Wessam and Lotus; and her close friend Jean Millard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Little Lake Cemetery (915 Haggart St, Peterborough, ON K9J2Y1).
Donations to St. Lukes Church or the Peterborough Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
