She was predeceased by: her husband Delmer; her parents, Merton Thexton and Ruby Thexton; her son Allan (Caroline); her siblings, Clayton Thexton (Lola) and Velma Morton (Anson); and her in-law Shirley Graham.

She is survived by: her son Max (Denise); her grandchildren, Jacob (Em), Clair Taylor (Matt), Sean (Alexis) and Kyle (late Tash); and her great grandchild Elliott.
