He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Chapman and Mabel Chapman; and his sister Irene Cook (Bruce). He is survived by: his wife June Delores Chapman (Post); his children, Don Chapman (Sharon) of London, Trish Dundas (James) of Peterborough and David Chapman (Christine) of Oshawa; his grandchildren, Sean Chapman (Jenna), Katy Chapman, Tyler Chapman, Kali Kidd (Dan), Joel Dundas (Nikki Ward), Lyndsay Caine (Jeff), Allie Chapman (Arthur Cannell), Mitchell Chapman (Thakshini Ravindran), Max, Zoey Chapman, Reid Dundas, Jack, Summer Caine, Adelyn and Alton; and his brother Ted Chapman (Carolyn) of Peterborough. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nisbett Funeral Home (600 Monaghan Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J5H9). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
