She was predeceased by: her husband John McCarney; her parents, Arthur (Mac) and Teresa; and her siblings, Mary (Pat), Margaret (Tom), Catherine (Gerry), Barbara (Bill), Joseph (Nancy) and Tom (Catherine).
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth (late Shawn), Martha (John), Michael and Jane (Tim); her granddaughter Althea; and her brother-in-law Dr. Robert McCarney (late Bertha). She is also survived by her children, extended family and friends.
In her memory, donations to the Peterborough YWCA would be appreciated by her family.
