He is survived by: his wife Diann; his children, Lisa Monsma (Richard), Robin Sullivan (John), Kimberly Cooper (Robert Horton) and Jeffrey Cooper (Kathy); his grandchildren, Megan Monsma (Al), Alex Monsma (Katie), Nicholas Sullivan, Kristen Sullivan (Nathan), Andrea Horton, Claire Horton (Jordan Hovey), Chase Cooper and Jack Cooper; his great grandchildren, Otis, Avery, Caysen, Madisyn, Arianna, Silas and Isaiah; his siblings, Delmer (Ruth) and Betty-Ann Douglas (Richard); and his sister-in-law Zelda Cooper.
