He was predeceased by: his sweetie Sue; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Blake. He is survived by: his children, Ed (Tammy), Kathie and Sandra (John); his grandchildren, Timmie, Dustin (Emily), Eddie, Jessica, Christian (Nicole), David (Terrilynn), Cole (Kennedy), Sara (Mike) and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Riley, Bentley, Theo, Audrey, Paisley, David Jr., Tommy and Cameron.
