It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Young (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Patricia (Weir); his parents, George Young and Beatrice Webber; his siblings, Bernice Cox, Blanche Mumby, Eileen Barrons, Frank Young and Joe Young; his grandchildren, Matt Larmer (Sheena), Joshua Young, Jennesse Van Gestel (Brad) and Jonathan Young (Aimee); his great grandchildren, Evan Larmer, Jaxson, Brody, Easton Young, Beau Van Gestel and Theodore Young; and his close friend Hilliard Berridge.
