Doreen June Nelson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen June Nelson (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Nelson; her grandson Steven Davis (Sheri); and her siblings, Morris McGee (late Muriel) and Gertrude Davis (late Harold Davis). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Davis and Gary Nelson (Ann); her grandchildren, Krista (Jeff Barlow), Beth (David Harrigan) and Ashley (Brian Ferren); her great grandchildren, Nicholas Barlow, Evelyn Harrigan, Martin Harrigan, Miley Ferren and Lou Ferren; and her sibling Shirley Carr (Creighton). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Memorial donations to Ida Cemetery Board would be appreciated by Doreen's family.
