He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Boise and Noreen Boise; and his niece Raquel Boise. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Pinkerton (Glenn), Ron Boise (Sheila) and Bob Boise (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great - nieces, great nephews and cousins as well as his church family.

In David's memory , donations to St. John's United Church, Campbellford, the Peterborough Regional Health Centre , or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
