Danita Poulain Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danita Poulain (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on December 31, 2020 at the age of 42. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Danita Poulain to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her brother Kelly Poulain; her grandparents, Leo, Nina Poulain (Gilmour), John and Winnifred Peach (Woodstock); and also Dianne Peach (Midland).
She is survived by: her parents, Ed Poulain and Della Poulain; her daughter Mackenzie Poulain; her significant other Michael Lockyer; her sister Crystal Stringer (Ryan Harrison); her nieces and nephews, Langley and Tayden Stringer; her aunt Valerie; her uncles, Harvey Pyette and Michael Peach; and her brothers, Doug and PJ Lockyer.
Due to the pandemic, there will be a visitation by appointment only on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 between 5 p. m. and 8 p. m. Please contact Duffus Funeral Home at 705-745-4612 to reserve your time during office hours of 9 a. m. and 8 p. m. Private family interment will be held at Rosemount Memorial Gardens where Danita will be laid to rest with her dear brother, Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, Duffus Funeral Home will be accepting donations in honour of Danita's daughter, Mackenzie.
