Colin Palmer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colin Palmer of Peterborough, Ontario, who passed away on November 3, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roxanne Barnes and Stephen Palmer; his close friend Jasmine Lowes; his child Dyelin Palmer; and his sister Tanya Palmer.
