She was predeceased by: her brothers, Fred Primeau (Pat), Paul Primeau (late Shirley), David Primeau (Christine), Doug Primeau and Johnny Primeau.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Higgins; her daughters, Jessica Higgins, Mandy Higgins (Shawn Hatfield) and Trisha Cicchello (Max); her grandchildren, Taylor, Alexis, Jordyn, Jase, Drew, Mona and Stella; and her siblings, Gail Hetherington (Paul Higgins), Wayne Primeau (Kim), Anne Primeau (late Don Emby), Peter Primeau (Chantelle), Dennis Primeau and Michael Primeau. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
In memory of Carol, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Brock Mission or the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
