She is survived by: her daughter Susan Fields; her son-in-law Mark Cooke (Martine Dumas-Cooke); and her grandchildren, Kristen Cooke (Julius Wessolek), Ivan Cooke (Margaret McIntosh), Colin Cooke (Allie Sinclair), Anna Fields (Ryan Labelle), David Fields (Emilie Stanley) and Alex Fields.
In memory of Barbara and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society or the Girl Guides of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
