She was predeceased by: her husband Len Hopkins; her son Scott; her grandsons, Craig and Steven; her parents, Bill Gust and Lena Gust; her siblings, Gerald Gust (late Gloria), Elva Scheuneman (late Oscar) and Marilyn Kinloch; and her siblings-in-law, Robbie Hopkins and Helen Graham (late Gordon).
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Lynne Hopkins (David Stoddart) and Doug Hopkins (Joanne Anas).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home (141 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R8). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (257 Pembroke St W, Pembroke, ON K8A5N3).
