He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Lou Warlick (Jarrett); and his son Mark Warlick. He is survived by : his significant other Elsie Swendsen; his children, Stephen (Linda Davidson) and Krista Ennis (Russ); and his grandchildren, Nicole Warlick, Patrick Ennis, Kevin, Keith and Heather Warlick. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, family and friends.
