He is survived by: his wife Lynda Cooper (Norris); his children, Cathy Sproule (David) and Robert Cooper (Kerilyn); his grandchildren, Devin, Emma, Danika, Brandon, Trishia, Dylan, Dawson, Lainy and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Peyton and Olivia; and his siblings, Pete, Phyllis Buchanan (late Derrill), Bill and Reg Cooper (Virginia). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
