He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wright and Margaret Wright (McLean); and his sibling Terry Wright. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Wright (David); his children, Jim (Cindy), Gerry Wright (Kris Oakes) and Debbie Dodds (Terry); his sister Sue Nichols (late Bob); his grandchildren, Jesse, Nikii, Bryce, Max and Madi; and his sister-in-law Sharon Wright. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Due to covid concerns, the arrangements are private for the family.
