He is survived by: his spouse Muriel Code (Chamney); his children, Carla Rogers (Myron), Jamie Code (Kelly) and John Code (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Jordan (Jenna), Mitchell, Justin, Kayla and Hayley; his great grandchild Rory Rogers; and his brother-in-law Doug Shaw.
