He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Lingard and Ray Lingard. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Jeffrey (Crystal), James and Thomas (Stephanie); and his sisters, Jennifer (David Hartley) and Pam (Mike Huber). He is also survived by his extended family and a host of friends.
