He is survived by: his spouse Betty Mae (Tysick); his children, Donna Black (Bill), Kevin and Karen McIlvenna (Allen); his brother Bruce; his grandchildren, Brannon (Jennifer), Mason (Raylene), Teegon (Matthew), Liza (Joe), Christine (Sam), Dawn, Casey and Kelsey (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Lleyton, Nash, Ripken, Rustin and Amelia.
