He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Perkins and May Perkins (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Verna Perkins (Barr); his children, Ken (Sue Wynter) and Cheryl (late Mark Heasman); his grandchildren, Lisa Sevigny (Laurent) and Michael Perkins; and his sister-in-law Peggy Barr (late Glenn).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
