L.) of Minneapolis, Minnesota.; his wife Suzanne Morey Briggs; his brother Robert Brooke Briggs (Diane) of Perth, Ontario.; his daughter Rebecca Sue Bellamy (Kevin) of Perth; and his grandsons, Benjamin David Bellamy and William John Bellamy.
Due to the COVID-19 situation there will be no public visitations or funeral.
