He was predeceased by: his parents, Ila Lewis (McCullough) and Eric Lewis; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Turnbull (Bob), Dave Lewis (Maxine), Gail Fournier (Ken) and Doug Lewis (Sheryl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
