He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerry and Sharon (Sandy). He is survived by: his close friend Theresa Anne Collins; the fathers of children, Steven (late Terri), Robert (Shelley), Gregory (Tracey) and Owen (Carla); and his siblings, Allie (late Gerda), Karen (late Butch), Donna (Stan) and Odel. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
