Freda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Monds and Anabel Monds (Hughes); her husband Harold Burke; her brother Earl Monds (Irene); and her stepchildren, Bruce Burke (Dagmar) and Gladys Lowery.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Ellamae Richardson, Kenneth Burke (Colleen), Sandra Burke (Jim Wilkes) and Roseanne Cadogan (Tony); her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Lowery, Steven, Debbie Richardson, Amanda Burke, Ken Burke Jr., Melissa, Jana Burke, Julia Burke, Kyle and Jazlyn Cadogan; and her great great grandchild Briella Burke. She is also survived by 10 step great grandchildren.
Memorial Donations made in Freda's memory to the Parkinsons Society or the Lanark Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) would be appreciated by the family.
