With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Alvin Neumann in Perth, Ontario, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary; his grandchild Brooke; and his sister Adeline (Roy). He is survived by: his children, Laurel (Kevin) and Charlene (Neil); his stepchildren, Gail (Greg) and Jim; his grandchildren, Emily and Erin; his great grandchildren, Harley, Daisy and Elaina; his siblings, Norma (Barry), Don (Lois Ann), Ruth (Dave), Carrol (Roger) and Diane (Dale); and also, Isaac (Kandesa), Abigail (Matt) and John Morgan.
