He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl MacDonald and Margaret MacDonald (Douglas); and his brother Gary MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Sandra MacDonald (Carter); his children, Scott MacDonald (Kim) of Surrey, BC, Jake, Scarlett and Allison MacDonald (David Craigie); his brother Robert MacDonald (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Marc, Stacey, Angela and Andrew; and his cousins, Les Lenny (late Peter), Doug Menzies (Karen) and Mary Margaret "Twink" Murphy (Wayne). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
